N2  - This report provides an overview of the design of the Air Force's Enlisted Force Management System (EFMS) and how that design is being implemented. The EFMS is a decision support system whose purpose is to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the members of the Air Staff who are engaged in managing the enlisted force.
