The newest member states of the EU - among them the Baltic states- are now involved in the Copenhagen process and are a source of enormous (human) potential that can greatly enrich Europe. As the Baltic States have enjoyed special attention in European VET policy, the reforms in VET and its structures are the subject of critical debate in this book.
